Assist Digital is a Customer Experience Management Company. We provide end to end services
blending human and artificial intelligence to improve our customer’s business performances.
For our offices in Tirana, we are looking for a Backend Developer - Cloud Engineering to join our team.
What will you do?
As part of the Assist Digital Factory, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects, together with experienced Technical Architect,
AI/Backend/Frontend Engineers, Product Owners and other stakeholders, to contribute to deliver powered projects.
Your responsibilities.
You will:
- Participate in the design and development of enterprise web solutions by collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams paying attention to the quality of the code.
- Be personally involved in meetings with customers and will support the Project Manager in the technical management of the project.
- Analyze the feasibility of new projects or new functionalities and to make any estimates of time and costs in collaboration with the reference project manager and with the other teams involved.
- Propose, evaluate and adopt new technologies to maximize the efficiency of development.
You have a degree in technical / scientific disciplines and have gained 3/5 years of experience in the role of ICT services companies where you participated in significant development projects, relating to one or more digital channels (web, mobile ...) and in various industries: Telco, Banking, Travel, Utility.
- 3+ years of full-time development experience
- Excellent knowledge of the microservices and event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of AWS or at least one other cloud provider (i.e. Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of Java and SpringBoot
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker)
- Knowledge of Code Repository and versioning system (preferably GitLab)
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Fluency in Italian (both verbal and written)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Knowledge of rabbitMQ, Kafka
