Role description: Works effectively as part of the Credit & Collection team, following all the team’s tasks & organization.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
 Achieve the KPIs working in compliance with Debt Collection processes.
 Manages daily all activities with the scope of payment and cash collection.
 Deals with all the team’s members to improve the collection processes.
 Supports all members of the team.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
• Bring the customer experience into every action.
• Takes accountability for identifying & addressing issues.
• Address problems immediately.
• Seek simple solutions.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University Degree
• Good English spoken and written
• Able to work under pressure
