Role Overview:
A customer care advisor, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Management of incoming contacts (Calls, Emails etc.) and other back office tasks
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- Ideally you have previous experience in sales or as a client service representative in the area of loyalty programs
- Native /near native in Italian language (written and spoken) and good ownership of English
- Good MS Office skills and generic computer knowledge
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening as well as good written skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, make the right call and access existing processes to quickly resolve customer’s issues
- Ability to work in a team
- Reliability and flexibility
