On behalf of our client, we are looking for potential candidates to join their team in Durres Office.


DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES

• Provide insights related to local business market, offer guidance on strategies and growth opportunities.
• Work with Executive Leadership to align local operational activities to the Group’s strategic planning and priorities.
• Manage and oversight of local Projects and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and quality deliverables.
• Support the organic growth of the existing projects, programs, and portfolios, implementing continuous improvements to them.
• Manage relationships and contractual agreements with external clients.
• Evaluate overall contract performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data and work to maximize revenue and reduce costs.
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
• Implement consistent and standard processes for business planning and forecasting, staffing, delivery reporting and client relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to the legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and oversight for employee project allocation, recruitment, training, performance evaluation and promotion

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Technical field
Work Experiences:

• 5+ years in a client-facing environment, with a strong experience of advanced project management principles.
• Extensive experience growing and managing client relationships and managing complex professional services contracts.
• Ability to coordinate, plan, manage and oversee many aspects of a company for optimum productivity.
• 5+ years in leading personnel, including operations like staff recruitment, performance management, training.
• Good industry knowledge, competitors’ strategy understanding, as well as market ecosystem and environmental factors.
• Excels working across multiple departments
