Business Advisor
Role purpose: Focus on providing a top-class customer service to our clientele base of Small Office / Home Office (SoHo) businesses, which in turn will grow customer loyalty and help shape the future of Vodafone.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Monitor the results and provide respective feedback to the Business District Manager.
• Be an ambassador of Vodafone’s brand.
• Develop a clear image for potential expansion of the clientele base as well as of the competition in the area.
• Achieve daily quota
• Zero complain from customers about product information, clarity of the service and product usage.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• Experience in the world of Sales
• Excellent Communication and Negotiating Skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Ability to perform effectively when there are pressure peaks
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Sales Targets Obsessed
• Ambition for a career path within Vodafone
• Understand the different profiles of our clients to effectively cover their needs and consistently meet or exceed their expectations with Vodafone’s products and services
• Knowledge of the telecommunications or information technologies market
