Recruitment Expert

Develop, coordinate, support the recruitment processes and participate in Job Fairs.

Main Tasks:

  • Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities. Guide the hiring managers through the recruitment process where needed.
  • Manage and coordinate communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties informed.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements, post advertisements internally and externally.
  • Support the recruitment processes by monitoring and doing the pre-selection and conducting interviews of appropriate candidates.
  • Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate.
  • Complete reference check and background checks on selected candidates, as requested.
  • Informe HR and Analytics to prepare job offer letter.
  • Keep accurate data, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyze recruitment data.
  • Build and maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and development of the job descriptions and follow up and ensure it is signed from all parties on time. Coordinate and monitor the administration of the indicative job descriptions.
  • Actively participate in the Job Fair.
  • Coordinate and support for the internal transfers, promotions, and demotion process.
  • Performs other obligations and duties at the request from the Supervisor.
Education: University Degree.

Experience and Qualifications:
At least 4 years of previous experience in Human Resources field.

Skills:
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of the industry sector in which the job operate. Good knowledge of the organization.
  • Excellent English written and spoken.
