Position Summary:
The Regional Manager is responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the stores under his responsibility. This position requires ongoing involvement with other departments as well as regular contact with frontline operational staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cares for monitoring every aspect related to the activity in the company's store network;
• Develops and takes care of maintaining communication processes with other departments in order to develop marketing plans, which help to meet the objectives of the area it covers;
• Organizes work according to structures and procedures in function of the result;
• Closely cooperates with other departments of the company, as needed to solve problems related to points of sale;
• Checks the effectiveness of the staff at the points of sale; follows and takes care of the training and development of the operational staff;
• Participates in the design of commercial strategies for the store network;
• Identifies potential candidates in collaboration with store managers and serves as a promoter of quality improvement in customer service;
• Monitors the market and conducts analyzes continuously;
• Achieves various KPI targets according to store performance;
• Manages the level of stocks according to the budget and makes key decisions for its control;
• Collaborates in expansion phases in coordination with senior management;

APPROPRIATE HARD SKILLS:
• To have completed Higher Education (preferably in the Management profile);
• Have similar work experience;
• Very good knowledge of the English language (verbal and written);
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Power Point) Internet;
• Organizational and managerial skills;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Analytical attitude towards problems in the analysis of causes and finding quick solutions;
• Good analytical and decision-making skills; ability to solve key problems;
