Description

Your work will be critical in positioning Vodafone Albania as a local enterprise market leader. Utilizing your superior sales expertise, excellent customer service skills and passion for technology, you will materialize exceptional and innovative business solutions which will be intrinsic to the enhancement of business capabilities of our client base. Whether you are continuously hunting and prospecting for new business or growing existing accounts, you will leverage your expert consultative skills to identify customer pain points and recommend customized solutions that meet their needs and drive success. Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Prospecting
Aggressively prospect, qualify and close potential clients generated through outbound calls, social networks, email initiatives and attending appropriate industry events defined by sales management to generate leads.
Provide accurate and detailed periodic forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities in order to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
Utilize CRM for Sales tool for prospecting and individual sales forecast.
Build and foster relationships with all internal teams with a focus of generating, driving leads and closing sales.
• Retention
Facilitate execution of customer orders, be it contract or side product, including adhering to internal rules/policies in proper document generation and collection.
Provide high touch account management with current client base.
Manage and grow an account base with a significant customer focus.
Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers within assigned accounts in order to maximize sales/revenue.
Drive account management responsibilities including solution creation, solution offering, configuration management, service delivery, service management and revenue recognition.
• Analytics
Analyse customer needs and present integrated solutions.
Determine potential up sell and other revenue opportunities within an account.
• Market Awareness
Keep current with industry trends that are relevant to targeted markets.
Keep current with major milestones in individual client development to identify opportunities for sale.
Provide input to sales management about trends and changes taking place within the customer’s company and make recommendations about future courses of action necessary of the company towards improving its position with the customer.


Job Responsibility

• Knowledge
Have a complete technical understanding of and ability to articulate and demonstrate our products and value proposition.
Educate and excite customers about our innovative business solutions.
Demonstrates knowledge of the company's entire product package.
Attend training to understand company, market, and industry trends.
• Management
Develop strategic plan for your assigned accounts and present quarterly operations reviews for Management or when requested.
Comply with reporting requirements, including but not limited to, sales reporting and provide input in regard to strategic direction to meet the needs of assigned base of customers.
Execute and maintain account management planning processes and business review processes with each assigned account on a consistent basis.
• Deliver Results
Identify, bid on, negotiate and close new sales opportunities in order to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas (monthly and periodic).
Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and/or existing accounts.
Manage all activities for upsell, cross-sell, product & service activation and scaling in order to achieve all quantitative and qualitative targets.

• High level of negotiation and commercial skills is required
• A very good command of written and spoken English is essential.
• University degree
• 2-3 years relevant experience in sales
• Knowledge of the telecommunications or information technologies market
• Driving License
• Advanced knowledge level of MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
