Campaigns Management IT Specialist
Purpose of Position:
Ensure continuous runtime of the contextual campaigns management solution. Propose solutions to meet business needs by leveraging the system’s capabilities and building on top of it.
Main Duties
- Monitor runtime of campaign execution and follow up on issues
- Timely share notification alerts and resolution timelines with business stakeholders
- Thoroughly understand campaign management system capabilities and features
- Analyze business demand and propose the implementation logic based on existing capabilities and/or identify if changes to the system may be required
- Draft technical requirements for new change requests
- Conduct Operations Acceptance Testing on deployment of new changes
- Support the commercial stakeholders conducting User Acceptance Testing
- System management, monitoring;
- Diagraming skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English (speaking and writing);
- Able to work overtime when needed;
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on IT systems development and/or support.
- University Degree in IT or related fields
