The Nestle Proffessional Departament at Agna Group, is looking to hire a person as a Coffee Expert that will contribute to the achievement of Business Results through co-driving the execution of Marketing and Sales activities.
Main tasks:

• Organize internal and external trainings by working closely with Nestle sales force
• Collaborate with Nestlé Professional’s Sales Force and Marketing Team in order implement the business strategy of the biggest coffee brands (Nescafe, Buondi, Loumidis)
• Generate Ideas and create recipes capitalizing on the out of home coffee trends
• Involvement in all relevant internal meetings
• Involvement in all relevant external meetings
• Participate in Baristi Championships
• Make all necessary actions within his/her lever to ensure timely & efficient deployment of major business projects relevant to Nestle Professional brands: new launches, new projects etc.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Tourism studies will be considered as a plus
• More than 5 years working experience as a barista; strong coffee knowledge
• SCAE certification and/or distinctions in barist championships will be considered as a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, team player, coffee lover, impactful
• Proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus
• PC knowledge (MS office)
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Ability to travel often, Driving license
