Main Duties:

• The E-commerce specialist should have knowledge of e-com processes.
• He/she assist the installation of the widgets on partner site and solve technical issues if such appear.
• Needs to possess basic understanding on Iute processes and how they influence the eCommerce setup.
• All scripts and documentation will be provided for ease of installation.
• He should know how to work with major eCommerce platforms – Woo Commerce, Prestation, Magento and Open Cart to guide installation and configuration of the plugins.
• The e-commerce specialist will communicate with the HQ e-com support person in case problems cannot be solved locally and need involvement of the HQ. Therefore, knowledge of English is needed.

Must Have:

• Ability to speak local language as well as English
• Understanding of frontend languages – HTML/CSS, JS and JSON
• Ability to solve problems quickly, address them in a proper manner
• Basic work experience with major e-com platforms or willingness to learn
• Understanding of eCommerce and its workflows.
• Minimum University Degree in IT field or similar.

Beneficial:

• Backend programming language experience – PHP, Java, etc
• Network of people / companies, who can provide thorough support for all platforms where Iute plugin is developed.
