Purpose of Position:
Responsible for planning, monitoring, operation and maintenance of all fiber optic network, and the supervision of third party (Contractor) operations also.
Main Duties
[*=left]Actively Checking and controlling Subcontractor Field Maintenance Teams, work quality, reporting standards, and other FO infrastructure criteria.
Follow periodic reports on KPI-s and propose measures to be taken for network improvement;
[*=left]Preparing reports with final goal improvement of FO BB network. (Investigation, verification of all "weak" points of infrastructure
and FO cable itself and proposal how to improve them);
[*=left]Working in finding utilization of all ODFs in Technology Rooms and register all local FO cables and update their utilization;
[*=left]Supporting teams keeping FO network availability over 99.5%;
[*=left]Supporting GPON project implementations;
[*=left]Good knowledge MS Office;
[*=left]Availability beyond working hours as well as on holidays;
[*=left]Good analytical and problem-solving skills to find and correct errors in the fiber optic networks;
[*=left]Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members;
[*=left]Ability to work independently and in a team environment
[*=left]Strong interpersonal and communication skills
[*=left]Very good communication skills and knowledge of English language;
[*=left]At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
[*=left]High School Diploma;
