FTTH Network Installation Technician​

Purpose of Position:
Identify the possible issue/defect in the FTTH last mile network and solve it in best possible way and fastest possible time;

Main Duties
  • Takes necessary actions in order to avoid possible network (last mile) faults, doing preventive maintenance according to One Albania procedures;
  • Install, configure customer premises equipment delivered by One Albania, in order to provide services (internet, IpTV and Voice);
  • Fulfill the necessary forms (quality/delivery) at the customer premises, completed with data of CPE (Mac address/SN) technical data of the network ID of DB, physical customer address;
Skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, very good communication and team working abilities,
  • Valid Driving License (Category B);
  • Availability to work overtime;
Experience
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position;
Education
  • High School Degree (Vocational Technical School considered as an advantage);
