FTTH Network Installation Technician

Purpose of Position: Identify the possible issue/defect in the FTTH last mile network and solve it in best possible way and fastest possible time.

Main Tasks:
  1. Takes necessary actions in order to avoid possible network (last mile) faults, doing preventive maintenance according to One Albania procedures;
  2. Install, configure customer premises equipment delivered by One Albania, in order to provide services (internet, IpTV and Voice);
  3. Fulfill the necessary forms (quality/delivery) at the customer premises, completed with data of CPE (Mac address/SN) technical data of the network ID of DB, physical customer address;
Education: High School Degree (Vocational Technical School considered as an advantage);

Experience: 1 year experience in a similar position;

Skills:
  • Ability to work as part of a team, very good communication and team working abilities,
  • Valid Driving License (Category B);
  • Availability to work overtime;
