Description
Define the strategy and framework for CVM (customer value management) team to maximize the commercial value of the customer base by retention, loyalty, cross-sell, up-sell and base migration activities.
Develop top strategic projects and CVM platforms to enable life-time value maximization and profitability optimization.
Defines the roadmap for Big data platforms and leads the development for valid use cases.
Manages the marketing insight & marketing research budget and activities
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Hires, trains, manages CVM squad members, and ensures top quality CVM practices are followed thoroughly following agile methodology.
• Hires and trains big data team and define the future roadmap and building blocks and use cases for AI in VF Albania.
• Drives research, big data and CVM team to produce actionable insights to help the advancement of segmentation strategy.
• Define base offers and provide input into proposition design
• Examine the latest market trends through qualitative & quantitative research and customer insight.
• Spot opportunities within our customers’ base to increase ARPU and profitability.
• Design and manage the architecture of the Customer Base and our pricing propositions at strategic and operational level, focusing on increasing customer loyalty and product value.
• Work with IT to develop and manage tools & platforms for analysis, in order to identify opportunities and actions that will increase customer loyalty and product value.
• Propose a certain action plan for CDI (customer data integration) in order to improve customer satisfaction and experience by monitoring all components of CSI (customer satisfaction index).

• Market research, design thinking, and lean start-up methods
• Understanding of Digital / Agile software product management in large scale environments.
• Market analytics and data-driven decision making

• Excellent relationship-building skills,
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Degree in Business Administration, management, marketing or relevant degrees
• Extensive business experience in Commercial, Marketing, Technology related Product management, Customer Experience
• Well-aware of the latest data mining technologies and techniques and the top data insight platforms and tools.
• Have experience on delivering structured, integrated, and compliant data, along the processes in my work area.
• Make use of data modelling & visualization tools to increase the ability to predict systems and customer behaviors
• Able to compile a full range of digital data sources (owned, paid) to drive a consolidated set of insights to answer business problems.
