For our client – a leading company in the Albanian market, We are looking for dedicated professionals in the following position:
HR GENERALIST
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily correct implementation of HR policies and programs, process documents/forms necessary for such implementation.
- Respond to employees’ queries and address any HR issue in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status and timely reflected in the employee database.
- Maintain current job descriptions and assist in creation of new ones.
- Assist with all HR communications efforts.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices.
- Responsible for the recruitment process from drafting job announcements and posting job ads to screening resumes and referring candidates to the hiring managers. Interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for opened positions.
- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process in coordination with cross-functional departments to deliver the best first-day experience.
- Prepare periodic or as requested HR reports and perform other duties as assigned.
General Requirements:
- University degree in Social Sciences, HR Management qualifications make an advantage.
- Min. 3 years of previous experience in HR processes, with a strong focus in full recruiting cycle.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Individual judgment while dealing with potential or current employee issues.
- Drive work culture and business ethics.
- Ability to work well with others both, in a one-on-one capacity and in a large group setting.
- Able to multitask in a fast paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills requirements
- Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Very high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical skills requirements
- Effective and professional verbal, technical and written communication skills.
- Very good command of English (Italian as a second language is an advantage).
- Abilities in MS Office (very good word skills; intermediate excel skills, intermediate PPT skills)
- Very good presentation skills.
