INTERNAL NETWORK MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Purpose of Position:

Performs maintenance and administration of the company's IT core and access network infrastructure and systems to provide the best possible network service levels for IT and other company systems.

Main Duties
  • Performs maintenance and administration of the IT core and access network infrastructure;
  • Performs daily tasks to provide network connectivity and Internet access to corporate users, servers, customers and business processes;
  • Performs daily monitoring tasks for Data Network systems for performance and availability;
  • Performs hardware and software upgrades by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements;
  • Perform updates of IT Data Network topology documentation as required;
  • Performs backup procedure for all IT data network configurations and operating systems;
Skills
  • Good Knowledge of English language;
  • MS Office package knowledge;
  • CCNA/ CCNA Security/preferred.
  • Very good knowledge in switching, IP, routing, Dynamic routing protocols, VPNs, Network security;
  • Ability to work as part of a team, very good communication and team working abilities, Availability to work overtime;
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Education
  • University Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer science
