Description
Main responsibilities:
Role of PEGA & Analytics manager is to manage a team whose main goals are the maximisation of value from base management campaigns, as well as adding additional value from data driven insights and AI capabilities.
The role acts as an interface between business teams and PEGA squad and makes sure AoM principles are applied in every campaign, and respective implementation.
The role is accountable for implementing Vodafone group guidelines and synergies in Vodafone Albania in the field of AoM and AI.
The role is accountable for the management of the backlog of PEGA & Analytics squad, end ensures implementations are done as per relevant procedures and with the most efficient use of the available resources.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Follows the implementation of business campaigns in PEGA,
• Explores new functionalities of PEGA and adapts them for Vodafone Albania to increase relevancy of communication with the customers,
• Follows the enablement of predictive/adaptive modelling in PEGA
• Follows the implementation of ML models in Data Lake and PEGA,
• Implements Vodafone group solutions related to AoM & AI in Vodafone Albania environments
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
• Expertise with data analytics and marketing tools like:
• PEGA (must have)
• SQL (must have),
• Python/R (preferred)
• MS‐Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Machine learning knowledge (experience is best)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Customer centric mindset
• Agile way of working mindset
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Knowledge in PEGA
• Knowledge on data analysis techniques
• University diploma on Business-Informatics/Economics/IT or related fields
