EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company, leader in the production of construction materials, is currently recruiting a Sales Analyst & Support:

Major responsabilities:

• Combine and analyze data to forecast sales trends & budgeting;
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance of customer base to adjust pricing, propose Bundles to upsell, mixed sells of products and systems etc to exceed budgets;
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, annual sales trend/analysis reports using data from internal and external sources for the management;
• Monitor and evaluate SR performance and provide recommendations for performance improvements to Sales Manager;
• Analyze customer performance and propose, monitor, evaluate and calculate rebates for approval from Sales Manager ;
• Improve and build BI reports;
• Assess pricing and cost, margins, market, competition, suppliers and provide insight for business optimization and growth;
• Run customer Mapping as per channels and update accordingly the data in Sales Modules;
• Maintain and manage customer databases;
• Assist in preparing, distributing, signing and archiving customer contracts;
• Coordinate between sales and supply chain;
• Support with travel documents and other admin requests of Sales Department;
• Active role in designing digital sales channels i.e. Placing orders, e-commerce etc.

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, sales ;
• 3-5 years work experience;
• Advanced excel skills – requirement;
• Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills;
• English fluent including in writing and reporting;
• High level of organization and detail-orientation;
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize;
• Digital concept skills – preferable.
