Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to handle requests and provide customer service, guidance, and support for hearing care products and/or programs.
- Completes investigations and resolves semi-complex problems. Coordinates activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Performs processes for issuance and return of tickets during the high periods at the sales count enter or in respect of relations with the passengers; or reports the same to the senior authorities
- Performs reservation / booking; and files the post-light documents accurately and in full; and performs statistical actions in respect of the flight coupons
- Contributes to achievement of all targets of the process, where she serves, by acting in accordance with policies of Company.
- Provides information to the passengers in relation to schedule and fares.
- Performs reservation/booking for the passengers and performs ticketing.
- Issues tickets, changes such tickets; and performs the processes in relation to return of the same.
- Issues tickets as per requests and letters for pass tickets sent by agents, personnel and the other official organizations.
- Collects money, and adheres to any instructions regarding the same.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Performing Administrative Activities - maintaining information files and processing paperwork
