Description
The role is accountable for shaping objectives and delivering the business value of Vodafone website in all digital customer journeys,
focusing on web activity and performance as well as on the continuous and successful delivery of new services and technical capabilities.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Develop and deliver a strategic and operational roadmap in the shape of a product backlog to ensure leadership on customer appreciation metrics, channel performance and financial KPI’s in alignment with our commercial strategy & business goals
• Manages all stakeholder relations, internal and external
• Leads customer-centric approach to proposed solution
• Performs scope and feasibility analysis, converts business requirements to technical requirements
• Drives customer digital transformation through end to end digitalisation of all customer journeys and content. Sponsor for digital journeys testing of all releases
• Drives implementation and optimization of the eCommerce platform and all the required technical capabilities of said platform to ensure fulfilment of journey development
• Drives the implementation and optimization of all our digital payments capabilities across our web in fulfilment of all journeys pertaining but not limited to eCommerce and online recharge
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Experience with top CMS platforms like Oracle, Adobe, Sitecore
• Previous experience in Digital Payments and eCommerce
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team of business, creative and technology matter experts
• Good knowledge of Marketing activation platforms in web and mobile (SEM, SEO, social, newsletter, etc.)
• Proven knowledge in understanding technical back-end web services
• Ability to identify and implement industry technical and commercial best practices
• Prior experience with Agile Methodologies would be considered an advantage
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• BSc or/and MSc in Business Administration, Computer Science or other related disciplines
• Proven track record of digital sales and strategies to increase conversions and acquire customers
• Data driven decision-maker
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Project management skills
• Very good knowledge of Albanian and English
