Description
We are seeking a Conversation Designer & Bot trainer to join the TOBi Squad and focus on designing and evaluating solutions for AI/ML technologies.
You will design leading-edge conversational experiences for our customers, and also develop and articulate best practices in the field of conversational design.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Analyze transcripts of user interactions and document their personas and language in order to create grammars and interaction models (intents, entity, utterances, patterns)
• Understand how data from API calls, databases, and other technologies fit into design, and collaborate with developers on implementing solutions that best fit our customers
• Build the NLU to unsure confidence level required
• Design end-to-end conversational interactions, including what can go wrong, and how
• Collaborates with product management for feature definition
• Gathers a deep understanding of product business requirements and technical limitations
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering incredible customer experiences
• Ability to perform and deliver results in a very dynamic and high pace environment.
• Team player – flexible, driven, passionate, determined;
• Strong research skills
• Comfortable designing for data and AI capabilities and familiarity with conversational technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of grammar and proof-reading skills.
• Strong technical proficiency with ability to effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Can build and implement solutions in bot frameworks
• Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders
• Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
• Good communication skills both in English and Albanian
