CRM & Integrations Lead focusses the supervision of a team, who operate, administer and maintain assigned applications, services, systems and solutions in terms of maintenance and administration, incident management, problem management, change and release management and vendor management, to drive improvements through innovation, best practice techniques, and collaboration.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• E2E Service Monitoring and improvement
• Incident Management & Problem Management
• Quality Control of systems performance
• Release deployment execution and integrated planning
• Continual Service Improvement
• Application Operations aligned with TDs
• Monthly service delivery report status
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Extensive experience handling IT service operations for Telco charging, rating, Billing, CRM Solutions, Pega etc.
• Monitor and Diagnose
• Leading Organisation Culture and Change
• Incident Response
• Dev Ops
• Software Engineering
• Cloud
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering or IT
• Excellent knowledge of Albanian & English (speaking and writing)
