Based on the proven experience in the industry and head office in Tirana the company aims to offer consumer finance and microfinance services to private individuals with the most convenient borrowing process for the customer. Our team consists of financial, IT, Customer Service professionals who are experts in their field. We are inviting ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Deputy CSO. We are looking for a candidate familiar with financial sector’s business and with retail network expertise.
Mission:The purpose of this role is to manage existing branch network to accomplish their objectives and expanding it to accomplish company objectives. Mission of Customer Service Department is to offer excellent service to all Kredo Clients through all our channels (branches, online services, and partners)
Main responsibilities:



















√ Manage branch network in Kredo, helping Branch Supervisors and Customer Service Specialists in achieving their objectives and sales targets.
√ Ensure full implementation of customer service standards in all branch network
√ Ensure maintenance of operational rhythm in all branch network by preparing in time vacancy planning, equipping all branches with related needed materials to perform their daily tasks and every other task needed to ensure benchmarks and objectives realizations,
√ Assist human resources department in hiring process of new staff as per scheduled vacancy plan and finalize in time onboard training and all other training needs identified by branch supervisors,
√ Review and update related procedures or operational manuals related with Customer Service Department and branch network,
√ Review as per schedule all branch network KPI achievements and as per needed and approved actions set targets, initiatives to further improve results.
√ Follows up all Branch Audit Findings to ensure meeting deadlines set on final reports,
√ Follows up all Risk Committee Findings related with branch network to ensure meeting of deadlines.
√ Assist Customer Service Director in calculating and reviewing on monthly bases KRI approved as for Department Risk Self-Assessment.
√ Ability to travel in other cities or outside the country as the need may arise.
√ Execute other duties that the direct management may assign.
Outcomes:√ Manages within 3 months to oversight all branches and implement customer service quality evaluation process.
√ Manages within 3 months to perform branch analysis and propose changes in staff, working schedule, branch processes etc. to ensure operational rhythm and continuous improvement of service quality provided.
√ Timely accomplishment of tasks and projects scheduled in Customer Service Departments related to branch network.

Main requirements√ At least 3 years of managing experience in financial institutions in branch or branch network,
√ Good knowledge of Microsoft Package
√ Excellent in English
√ Driving license
