Description
Role purpose: Develop business solutions in our customer base.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Commercial presales
• Help account managers to develop customer base through business solutions
• Training account manager
• Interfaces with Product
• Manage & ensure implementation of customer contract
• Validate and ensure technical implementation feasibility at customer premises and devices.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and followed for all service delivery processes (pre-sales, implementation, service management, terminations, etc
• Gives input to product management on industry solutions
• Promptly and proactively, address customer necessities for Business Solutions generated through direct meetings with customers or through Business Account Executives and duly follow up leads to identify business opportunities.
• Determine potential up sell and other revenue streams within an account or industry.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
• Have proven experience in dealing with B2B customers and proven leadership management skills
• Excellent ability to understand business customers.
• Proven sales skills
• Very good presentation, analytical &intrapersonal skills
• In-depth understanding of IoT and Cloud technologies and high-level knowledge in other information technologies market.
• Be fully knowledgeable of company products and services as well as industry developments in order to secure company’s competitive advantage in the market.
• Analyze customer demands and present feasible integrated solutions.
• Attend training to understand company, market, and industry trends.
• Native Albanian language & a very good command of written and spoken English is essential
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University degree
• Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in telecommunications or information technology industries
• Good understanding of IoT, Fixed and Cloud technologies and business acumen.
