Head of Security Management Department
Purpose of Position: Responsible for the Cyber security for all IT systems and the Company in general. Ensure the ongoing management of Physical Security policies,
procedures and technical systems in order to maintain the integrity, confidentiality and availability of all organizational healthcare security systems.

Main Tasks:
  1. Developing and implementing information security policies, procedures, and standards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and systems.
  2. Conducting risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  3. Management of Physical Security processes and procedures, technical infrastructure, and physical security subcontractors, to safeguard company people, premises and infrastructure.
  4. Monitoring and responding to security incidents, conducting investigations, and reporting on security incidents.
  5. Create, implement, and maintain the Information Security Policies and all the documentation related to Information Security based on the Albanian Legislation and Group Security Policies.
  6. Provide guidance, insights or direction on technological, cyber security and policy related topics.
  7. Managing Cybersecurity services specific to core platform system security, to include but not limited to.
  8. Providing security awareness training and guidance to employees to help them understand the importance of information security and how to protect sensitive information.
  9. Develop and troubleshoot the various security measures in GSM Network and Information Technologies Systems.
  10. Performs both scheduled and unscheduled assessments, in terms of technical controls, to assess the organization information security level and the effectiveness of the implemented information security measures.
    In case there are not adequate measures in place, or Information security breaches have occurred, appropriate corrective actions shall be determined and implemented.
  11. Determining and recommending the most appropriate and cost effective physical security systems in order to meet the security needs of a particular area.
  12. Guiding, monitoring and coordinating all activities with external supplier of security premises including the activities of security guards.
  13. Evaluating proposals; making recommendations and planning for new construction or security systems upgrades.
  14. Any other duties as per group needs.
Education: Relevant degree such as bachelor's and master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the industry.
