Position: Junior Claim Analyst
Department: Claim Department
Report: Claim Administrator
Location: Tirana
Summary of Duties:
This position requires to control, report and track the reimbursement of all repairs within the guarantee to our official Partners.
Role and Responsibilities:
Requirement for the job position:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is a plus (in the field of economics or informatics)
Job experiences: 1-3 year of experiences as Data Analyst in different field.
Other qualification:
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel at advanced level) Very good knowledge of English.
Other Skills:
Good organization, coordination & planning skills.
Very good communication skills
Ability to work on group
Systematic in pursuit of duties in accordance with the company's procedures

Summary of Duties:
This position requires to control, report and track the reimbursement of all repairs within the guarantee to our official Partners.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Check the completed repairs, creates special reports for different brands.
- Check the appropriate technical parameters for each claim reported to our official partner's.
- Check the accuracy of data on a job order, created and posted by front desk, collects necessary information from the technical department.
- Keep records and fill database for delivered spare parts.
- Archive and check warranty card and proof of purchase of any product registered in the Electro-Service and also makes sure that the warranty data is reflected in the Microsoft Dynamic Navision System.
- Upload Claims on a daily basis in the various partner’s system.
- Reconciles on a monthly basis with our Official Partners regarding Claims / Invoices / CN’s.
- Report to our Official Partners for defective Spare parts and follow up until reimbursement.
- Supports the creation of reports on provided services relying on Company needs.
- Perform any other process needed for the best of the company and also required by the direct supervisor.
