This role ensures smooth travel processes and supports HR engagement activities with attention to accuracy, service, and internal compliance.

Purpose of the Position
To support the HR department in administrative tasks while taking full responsibility for organizing travel arrangements and accommodation across the company. This role ensures smooth travel processes and supports HR engagement activities with attention to accuracy, service, and internal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel and Accommodation Coordination
Arrange and book travel logistics for employees and managers, including flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with company policies. - HR Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the HR department by organizing, maintaining, and archiving both physical and digital employee records in accordance with internal documentation protocols and data protection standards. - Employee Engagement & Internal Communication
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including sending birthday and work anniversary greetings, organizing recognition events, and contributing to internal communication initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. - HRMIS Management
Maintain and regularly update employee information in the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidenciality.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree, preferably business law or others linked to business.
- At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar positions.
- Very good knowledge of English and (business).
- Good knowledge of the MS package.
