Description
Identify areas of improvement in company revenues and margins. Ensures accurate billing to customers and optimal costs from vendors through analysis and reports.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Perform control of all revenue streams to guarantee timely, complete and correct charging of the services provided (reconciliations related to various billing platforms, switch data, and customer databases)
• Cross check, the data services and products are consistent between systems to identify on timely manner possible discrepancies and the root cause in order to proactively prevent revenue loss.
• Perform control of cost streams to guarantee cost assurance (Roaming, Interconnection, Dealer commission and 3rd Party)
• Conduct testing prior to launch of new products and services.
• Perform end-to-end control over discount contracts to be applied as per agreed one.
• Ensure cross-departmental co-ordination of RA activities and prompt escalation of material incidents; Analyze and follow up on RA incidents until resolution as well as definition of measures to prevent occurring that error scenario in the future
• Provide an independent and comprehensive monthly reporting.
• Perform ‘Invoice Control’ process to independently check the integrity of the invoices issued to the customers.
• Perform analysis, research and process documentation of the processes for Revenue Assurance.
• Identify and define system/process requirements necessary to control and resolve revenue leakage/opportunities.
Job Responsibility
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Ability to solve problems with a creative, innovate and analytic thinking;
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Actively searching for the potential process improvements.
• Previous experience in Telecommunications would be an asset.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University diploma in Economics, Business Informatics, IT or other related fields.
• Good knowledge of English and Albanian language.
• Excellent, clear verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
• Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Working knowledge of data analysis/query tools
• SQL knowledge would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of web-based application.
