Marketing Communications Specialist
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Marketing Communications Specialist to be the face and voice of our brand. As a successful candidate, you will be part of Marketing Communications Department to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our brand and products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand guidelines.
Main Tasks:
  • Manage and enhance company's brand or reputation.
  • Coordinate and support marketing projects as per the brand guidelines and communication strategy.
  • Marketing budget expenses follow-up & control in coordination with the Finance Departments.
  • Ensure brand consistency a positive image of the brand.
  • Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
  • Create and enhance agency and partner relationships.
  • Market monitoring including customer insight data and competition report preparation.
  • Maintaining a positive image of the brand by embodied the corporate values and company’s culture.

Education
: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.

Experience and Qualifications:
3+ years in marketing, advertising, etc.
  • Skills:
  • Creativity: understand striking a balance between structure and creativity to be able to properly improve company’s brand image.
  • Analytic Skills: to be able to justify all branding efforts with data which help measuring our branding results, market situation before the next process starts.
  • Good Communication Skills: As a Brand Specialist, you will work across many departments and third parties. so written and spoken communication is how you will relate to the teams in those departments. To get maximum support from the people you will work with, you must create good relationships with them.
  • Agility: When faced with changes in the market the company operates in, it is important that you, as a Brand Specialist to demonstrate flexibility and make sure your company pushes forward.
  • Budgeting: As a Brand Specialist, you must have the ability to allocate and manage the budget of marketing processes.
  • Time Management Skills: You must know how to manage time efficiently and effectively to maximize output in short periods running many projects at the same time.
  • Strong understanding of, and experience with, brand guidelines and advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
