Description
The post-paid Commercial Lead is responsible to drive value growth in the squad by providing insights through different fields/perspectives. The post-paid lead helps the Post-paid PO to design and implement the squad roadmap and deliver the business outcomes. The post-paid lead is responsible for the customer lifecycle and revenue output of the base.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Leads the insight is sets the post-paid strategy across journeys and channels
• Develops product profitability business cases, in collaboration with finance
• Periodically checks and maintains such profitability of all post-paid consumer products
• Implements best-in-class “Drive” & “Buy Journeys” – e2e from Drive to Onboarding & Fulfilment with digital 1st mindsets
• Co-defines and Implements with PO & Retail & Big Data & Insght CoE growth strategy.
• Delivers the customer proposition & experience
• Implements together with GTM Lead the communication plan
• Customer experience design of digital products and services
• Understanding of Digital / Agile software product management in large scale environments.
• Market analytics and data-driven decision making to drive customers
• Excellent digital business acumen and understanding of the evolving digital world.
• Confidence with agile working methodology
• Understanding of Digital / Agile software product management in large scale environments.
• Market analytics and data-driven decision making to drive customers
• Excellent digital business acumen and understanding of the evolving digital world.
• Confidence with agile working methodology
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or relevant degree
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Experience in Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Technology related to Product management, base management
• Experience in calculating and maintaining product profitability
• Experience in product management and work with cross-functional teams
• Experience in digital capabilities and outcomes in the context of agile methodologies
• Experience working across multiple digital domains, such as digital marketing, digital commerce, analytics, big data etc.
• Experience in successfully innovating business models and developing new channels.
• Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English
