Description
The post-paid product owner is responsible for definition, maintenance and enablement of the commercial activities, and roadmap, updating regularly according to digital and business opportunities and threats. The post-paid product owner is responsible for the end-to end ownership of the business outcome and user journeys, delivered by the scoped digital channels and supporting capabilities, regarding the product. The product owner works in a squad with other stakeholders to acquire new customers, retain, and grow ARPU.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Sets the prepaid strategy across journeys and channels
• Develops and Implements best-in-class “Drive” & “Buy Journeys” – e2e from Drive to Onboarding & Fulfilment with digital 1st mindsets
• Co-defines and Implements with Retail & Big Data & Insght CoE growth strategy.
• Develops and Delivers the customer proposition & experience
• Implements the communication plan (GTM) jointly with CoE Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
• Customer experience design of digital products and services
• Understanding of Digital / Agile software product management in large scale environments.
• Market analytics and data-driven decision making to drive customers
• Excellent digital business acumen and understanding of the evolving digital world.
• Confidence with agile working methodology
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance or relevant degree
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Experience in Commercial, Marketing, Technology related Product management, Customer Experience
• Experience in product management and work with cross-functional teams
• Experience in delivering digital capabilities and outcomes in the context of agile methodologies and user-centred experience design
• Experience working across multiple digital domains, such as digital marketing, digital commerce, analytics, etc.
• Experience in successfully innovating business models and developing new channels.
• Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English
