Retention Specialist
Handle contract termination request with the internal procedure of the department.
Main Tasks:
  1. Effectively and accurately investigate requests within set timescales.
  2. Ensure all requests logs are registered & are kept updated with all required information and actions taken.
  3. Treat daily requests for post2pre/termination for B2C customers.
  4. Analyse customer data and based on treatment schema prepare an accurate response for the ONE Shops & Customer (B2C).
  5. Negotiate when needed with the customers that have requested the contract termination and try to keep them thru offers according to the policies.
  6. Handle the documents’ correctness and forms of contract termination/post2pre.
  7. Check the MSISND status as debts and penalties, contract status of customers and inform Shops based on the flow.
  8. Provide reports as appropriate both to internal and external usage.
  9. Report to the superior any problems and look after for a valid and on time solution.
  10. Provide ideas, suggestions, solutions based on daily/weekly/monthly analysis.
  11. Support team members when is needed.
  12. Assist the direct superior in any request made.
  13. Other duties as per job responsibilities.

Education: University Degree.
Experience: At least 1 (one) year of related experience.
Skills:
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
  • Very good knowledge of ONE fix and mobile services, offers.
  • Very good Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrable accuracy skills.
  • Ability to take communication and formal writing skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English language.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines, initiatives.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Team spirit.
