- Training and Support to all company members with the sales system, SAD
- New suggestions and analysis to improve the SAD system for the sales team
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees
- Create and manage system permissions and user accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Finance
- Proven work experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Pay close attention to detail
