Training Manager
Develop, coordinate, support the training processes and manages and coordinate internal employees’ events. Coordinate and perform different development programs.
Main Tasks:
- Monitors the utilization of the Annual Budget appointed for the trainings as per the plan year to date and report it quarterly to the Head of Talent Management and Organizational Performance Department.
- The active part in planning of departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by group allocation budget by supervision of Head of Talent Management & Organizational Performance
- Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization as appropriate.
- Identify, propose, and manage external training companies, agencies, and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards in cooperation with the requester and procurement responsible.
- Supervise the arrangement of training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
- Interacts with the management team to identify course objectives and content and design training courses necessary to meet training needs and manage this activity via tentative provider(s) in order to assure the training topics to be covered accurately.
- Registering online employees, booking trainers for the in-house courses.
- Monitors the Cost, Quality and Reference Analyzes of training offers.
- Consolidating the training evaluations results and reporting them to the supervisor. In case of bad quality or program to follow the necessary steps to cover the full program.
- Manage and coordinate employee internal events.
- Performs other obligations and duties at the request of the supervisor.
Experience and Qualifications: At least 2 years of previous experience in Human Resources field.
Skills:
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the industry sector in which the job operate. Good knowledge of the organization.
- Excellent English written and spoken.
