EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, LVM Real Estate Investments, is currently looking for motivated and proactive candidates for the position of a Civil, Mechanical or Architecture engineer.
LVM Real Estate Investments is a growing and promising company that is in business of acquisition and trade of real estate.

Job duties & responsibilities:

• Technical support in creating conceptual solutions;
• Analysis and verification of urban and technical conditions;
• Communication with the competent authorities regarding the urban and technical conditions;
• Using Auto-Cad software;
• Preparations and management of tenders for design and construction;
• Preparations of contracts for design and construction;
• Managing the entire construction process until the moment of obtaining the use permit and the facility’s opening.

Requirements for this position are:

• Higher education in construction, architecture or mechanical engineering;
• Knowledge of legal regulations in construction is a plus;
• Fluency in English or German language;
• Driving license B category – active driver;
• Previous work experience in similar positions is desirable but it is not required.
