Our outsourced services have also expanded to include payment management, sales and marketing services.

We are currently looking for HR Assistant who will work at our Albanian office, in Tirane, Arena Center.
Mission

The HR assistant takes over personnel management administratively and operationally within the HR division. Depending on his/her profile and the division organization to which he/she is reports to, he/she intervenes on one or more HR areas.

Main activities:

• Create at hire and complete throughout the contract personnel files (hiring and exit formalities, contracts/endorsements/mission forms, absences, sickness, providence, disciplinary, career management…)
• Perform administrative tasks related to personnel management (medical examinations, mutual insurers registration, providence, retirement, files follow-up)
• Ensure reliable and daily entry of personnel data in the HRIS
• Manage leaves and associated filings (sickness, work accident …)
• Control attendance and related personnel work time data through tools at disposal
• Follow HR related reports and dashboards (workforce monitoring, total payroll, social data...)
• Prepare and collect payroll variables and transmit them to the correct department
• Answer employees questions and demands
• Apply quality process related to HR
• Ensure temporary employment administrative management: contracts, timesheets, checking invoices …
• Support mobility and career management
• Contribute to transversal HR projects.
• Communication with other departments.
• Any other duties that may be necessary.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree.
· HR experience for at least 1- 2 years.
· Strong organization and communication skills.
· Knowledge of English and Italian language.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
