We are currently looking for a Junior DATA ANALYST, who will work at our Albanian office, in Tirane, Arena Center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement global performance measurement and quality tools by ensuring proper tool configuration, data integration, facilitate communication between stakeholders, training delivery and design, provide support documentation within planned timelines.
- Implementing the operational methodologies in line with Webhelp’s strategic objectives and within the CRIT region standard operating models as agreed with line manager.
- Working closely with the Operational Teams and countries Quality Coordinators to drive consistency and fully embed the Webhelp way into their business area.
- Delivering effective implementation approaches to embed the required continuous improvement change initiatives.
- Create process and service improvement solutions based on improvement areas identified.
- Proficient English (knowledge of Italian language is a plus).
- Excellent analytic skills, practical thinking, passion for efficiency.
- Capacity to work simultaneously with multiple lines of business.
- Strong communication skills, capacity to enforce strict standards, positive approach towards change management.
- Previous experience in customer service or in BPO is a must (management and reporting).
- Proficient knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of Power Bi and SQL.
