| Main responsibilities: | √ Support business in data driven decision making √ Helping outlining problems and performing detailed analysis on them √ Extracting and preparing data √ Calculating impact of various business scenarios and decisions √ Presenting findings and suggesting improvements for existing processes √ Monitoring business processes and effects of implemented changes √ Ad -hoc reporting | |
| Main requirements | √ Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills √ Proven track record in business analytics in supporting data driven decisions for various departments. √ Excellent technical skills - SQL, Excel. Knowledge of other analytical tools like R, Python, SPSS etc. is an advantage. √ Consumer lending/banking industry experience will be considered as advantage √ Education in economics, finance, statistics, computer science and other STEM fields will be considered as an advantage √ Good communication and presentation skills √ Fluent in English | |
