IT Project Manager

Purpose of Position: Manages the project cycle phases, scope and delivery time of the project,
ensuring the availability of the resources necessary for the correct and timely execution of the tasks. Operationally monitors and manages the project budget forecasts.

Main Tasks:
  • Manages all phases of the IT projects assuring the necessary methodology frame, tools and documentation;
  • Plans and organizes all phases of the IT projects;
  • Coordinates project activities during all project stages and controls project schedule, timeline and budget;
  • Coordinates the project activities with internal and external vendors and assures awareness of the relevant IT units;
  • Identifies the opportunities, manages risks and problems during all phases of the project;
  • Communicates with the involved parties and gives feedback upon the project progress and resolution of problems that occurred;
  • Develops and delivers project documentation such as proposals, project charters, project schedules, presentations, weekly project status reports, etc.;
  • Keeps actual project status information within project management system;
Education: University Degree in Electronic Engineering/ Information Technology or Computer Science;

Experience:At least 2 years of previous experience in Project Management area;

Skills:
  • Knowledge in IT projects, services and software delivery processes, PMP or PRINCE2 or relevant certifications and ITIL knowledge and/or certification
    will be considered as an advantage AGILE knowledge or certification will be considered as an advantage,
  • Fluency in English language; very good computer literacy – MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio,
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, ability to meet deadlines and to perform under pressure in cross-functional business environment,
    analytical and innovative thinking, knowledge about telecom processes will be consider as an advantage.
