EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company, leader in the production of construction materials, is currently recruiting aLogistic & Transport Coordinator.

Major responsabilities:

• Coordinate and monitor all transportation services;
• Identify, tender and negotiate deals with Transporters on day 2 day needs and re-occurring services based on routes, route trips, destinations etc;
• Monitor end to end shipment process of all goods up to reaching destination;
• Reconcile all invoicing as per routes ;
• Negotiate and monitor transport market pricing and evolutions as to reach best deals;
• Monitor and ensure quality service from all transport partners;
• Provides sales team information on freight costs, customer freight charge-backs, etc;
• Maintains end2 end customs process including reconciliations with customs brokers and freight forwarders;
• Checks and ensure optimization of order to create transport costs efficiencies;
• Analyses routes and brings recommendations for optimization of transportation costs;
• Plan and track shipments on final orders;
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for managements;

• Provide customer care team with everyday comprehensive reporting data along with tracking information;
• Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities;
• Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.

Requirements for this position are:

• Proven experience as logistic specialist/coordinator;
• Bachelor's Degree in economics, marketing, - trainings related to field;
• Minimum of 3-5 years in transportation planning, logistics or supply chain management experience;
• Understands transportation rate structures and networks;
• Experience in ERP and/or Transportation Management systems;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills;
• Very good MS Excel skills.
