RAN Optimization Specialist

Purpose of Position

To ensure planning of all kinds of measurements campaigns, to check Network Quality, Coverage and Performance for GSM, UMTS, LTE,
according to predefined objectives, assuring the company's continuous expansion in terms of its Mobile Telecommunication market share.

Main Task

1. Perform all kind of field measurements and analyze them.
2. Make BM DT for all Albanian roads and cities.
3. Propose optimal HW and SW parameter changes.
4. Provide partial or full solutions, suggestion for different RF problems in the field.
5. Responsible for all kind of DT and Site Info (Antenna type, Azimuth, Tilt, Photo) database.
6. Report to Maintenance team any kind of Site HW problem that is related to network coverage.

Skills

• Very good knowledge of technical English;
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office Package;
• Knowledge in: Tems Investigation & Discovery, Actix, MapInfo;
• Very Good communication skills and initiative;
• Team player oriented.

Experience

• Experience in Drive Test measurements for 2G/3G/4G networks considered a plus;

Education

• University Degree in Telecommunication, Electronic or Informatics;
