RAN Support Specialist

Purpose of Position: RAN Support Specialists are responsible for the smooth operation and high performance of Radio Access Network (RAN) Elements (BSC, RNC, RBS) as second line support for GSM, WCDMA, LTE Network.

Main Tasks:

• Manages Responsible for parameter modifications projects in RAN network ' new frequencies plan, site expansions, etc;
• Responsible for licenses installation;
• Responsible for integrations of new sites and reconfigurations in RAN;
• Activation of new features & expansion of existing features;
• Troubleshooting & escalation of problems based on support agreements;
• Monitoring the quality performance of RAN to face timely network problems or malfunction;
• Responsible for SW Upgrades in RAN;
• Perform standby/health checks/backups;
• Participating in other team activities.

Education: University Degree in Electronic Engineering, ICT or Telecommunications.
Experience: At least 2 years' experience in similar position.

Skills:

• MS Office package and any integration tools in mobile operators.
• Fluency in English language.
• Very good communication skills.
