Description
The Trainer organises training sessions (Induction, On the Job Training, Regional, Knowledge Refresh, General training and Soft Skills), to develop knowledge, drive performance and direct the audience towards the business strategy and priorities.
The person is also responsible to engage with relevant stakeholders aiming at understanding current and future needs and propose relevant learning paths and interventions to ensure that individuals of the organization are equipped with the relevant skills and capabilities to deliver the company’s strategy.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Customers / Suppliers / Third Parties - Conducts Induction Trainings for Sales and Customer Care Rep newcomers, On the Job Trainings, Regional Trainings and General, Soft Skills Trainings.
• Communication - Will be responsible to generate/revise communications and ensure the correct implementation of the latter.
• Knowledge and Experience -knowledge of the telecommunications field.
• Experience in the training area.
• Excellent knowledge on frontline business environment
• Innovation and change - Produces periodic reports as requested.
• Leadership and Teamwork – engages with stakeholders to map needs
• Monitors university for new offerings to propose to stakeholders as part of the learning paths approach
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
• Applies knowledge of learning styles
• To select a blend of existing learner-led, instructor-led and online solutions to achieve learning outcomes.
• Delivers simple learning events using existing design and materials.
• Evaluates learner knowledge and transfer of learning to the workplace to advise Line Managers and Account Mangers about performance improvement.
• Establishes a baseline to evaluate the business impact of skills improvement or behavioural change.
• Applies learning organization principles to develop learning strategy and culture.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University degree in a related area
• Excellent, clear verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to gather, interpret and communicate information clearly, as well as to take initiative
• Sound knowledge of the telecommunications field
• Natural communicator who is comfortable speaking to groups.
• Driving License
• Availability to travel all over the country.
• Capability to create excellent one-to-one relations.
• Enthusiasm and drive to achieve successful projects
• Ability to analyze data and come up with conclusions
• Fluent Albanian and English proficiency
