Description
Being proactive and self-motivated in the tasks assigned in compliance with VF reporting standards, focusing on completeness, accuracy, and assurance of targets. Working with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the accuracy of accounts payable activities along with month end closing deliverables.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Responsible for the accuracy of the invoice postings in SAP.
• PO Creation, invoice posting and reverse charges for ICO.
• Cash projection for all AP related items
• Ensure accuracy of vendors subledger and their data.
• Carry out monthly BSR reconciliation for all GLs assigned.
• Ensure the compliance with applicable accounting & governance standards for invoice postings (VF Group Accounting Standards, Local GAAP,)
• Provide Opex reporting, both month-end and ad-hoc support for the business
• Prepare month end close accruals for non-invoiced liabilities.
• Provide relevant, accurate and timely AP related data for Financial Statements and other stakeholders (Group, internal & external auditors)
• Participate and support local and Group driven AP projects
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
• 3-5 years related experience
• Proficient in use of Accounting applications, experience with SAP, is an advantage.
• Proficient Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
• Motivated and driven to deliver results
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Possess a degree on Finance or other relevant fields
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Albanian & English
