Description
The role is accountable to generate insights on the performance of different channels and suggests areas for improvement to specific channels or business initiatives.
Develops analytical models to monitor the footfall vs. performance in different initiatives.
Creates flagging models that frequently monitor the performance off channels and notify stakeholders accordingly.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Geo-location and footfall analysis of retail footprint – expansion areas, etc.,
• Recommends channel-based promotions to commercial teams, for example different strategy for shops in low-income areas,
• Defines preferred channel of targeting and communicating to the customer
• Creates predictive models to find the right customers, for example to predict those who will migrate to Postpaid from digital channels or do the online top-up from digital,
• Develop predictive modelling to find the customers who will call in call centre or inbound channels and treat them proactively Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Expertise with data analytics tools like:
o SQL (must have),
o Python/R (must have)
o MS‐Excel,
o SPSS or related tools
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Basic programming skills are a plus (for task automation),
• Knowledge of data mining/modelling techniques and Big data technologies (Machine learning knowledge is a plus),
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Knowledge on data analyses techniques
• University diploma on Marketing, Finance, Business-Informatics/Economics/or related fields
