Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic commercial team under an analytic role that will monitor the overall performance and deliver best in class business analysis within Consumer Business Unit. Utilizing the superior knowledge on data analytics and business planning techniques, this role will monitor the overall performance and generate insights, business trends and forecast modelling.
Job Responsibility
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Develop specific KPIs and trends to evaluate the performance of consumer business. Recommend actions and initiatives to improve performance based on analysis and insights.
• Contribute to the strategy development, assessing, challenging and providing commercial advice and guidance for new initiatives related to Vodafone’s core businesses.
• Monitor overall performance vs targets and identify the contribution of different initiatives to the achievement and performance trends. Deep dive analysis to explain specific fluctuations on monthly revenue, churn, acquisition and ARPU / ARPA.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• High level of commercial acumen and ability to identify and solve business problems.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with a proven expertise in MS-Excel tool and/or Python (or similar data processing tools)
• Strong communication and presentation skills to ensure credibility with senior management.
• Ability to deliver high quality work in a timely manner;
• Strong team player: align to and work towards the goals of the entire team/organisation
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Significant experience in analysis & review of business unit forecasts with a proven experience of +3 years.
• University degree in Business-Informatics / Business Administration / Data analytics
• A very good command of written and spoken English
