Corporate and Retail Sales Accounting Control Team Manager

Purpose of Position:
Reporting, monitoring and controlling sales financial compliance.

Main Tasks:

• 
  [*=1]​Monitors and supervises the accuracy of inventory accounting, from purchases to final sales through remote controls and stocktaking in point of sales.
  [*=1]Plans and supervises the control of point of sales through stocktaking.
  [*=1]Monitors, supervises and ensures the remote controls done for the services sale’s transactions through POS-s.
  [*=1]Defines and suggests procedures regarding the control of points of sales.
  [*=1]Controls and supervises the work of staff in postings accurately the accruals and adjustments related to trading goods and other sales expenses from the distribution network.
  [*=1]Analysis inventory and COGS data and produce regular inventory reports, including analysis and explanation of variances.
  [*=1]Ensuring the timeline and accuracy of Posting of OPEX invoices relating to retail chain and Issuance of invoices to distributors as per contracts in place.
  [*=1]Serving as first line liaison between Sales and Finance for accuracy of financial info related to sales.
  [*=1]Supervises over compliance with local legislative requirements at corporate and residential sales level.
  [*=1]Supervise over compliance with Company internal procedures at corporate and residential sales level.
  [*=1]Participates and/or leads development in systems, processes and projects related to inventory of goods.
  [*=1]Assists during Tax, External and Internal Audits with preparation of documentation, Information and coordination to other departments.
  [*=1]Following implementation of accounting and reporting schema in SAP till the successful completion in collaboration with other Departments.
  [*=1]Control over creation of material codes.
  [*=1]Other duties as per job function.

Education: Finance / Accounting University Degree (Bachelor and Master Degree).

Experience: At least 5 years of previous experience in accounting in leading position.

• Accounting and Tax expertise;
• Leading capabilities;
• Capable to work and perform independently;
• Able to filter and address respective issues when and if needed;
• Strong Managerial, Communication and Organizational Skills;
• Capable to provide reconciled services, to work in group and efficiently, supportive for the team members and other stakeholders with attention to details and deadlines.
