Role purpose:
Handle customer enquiries, answering any questions and queries in person, over the phone, or online. Provide support and comprehensive information to customers. Build relationships with customers. Assist customers in resolving all their problems with clear ownership.
Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools
  • Meet Care team targets and KPI’s
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer queries provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep precise records of all customer interactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Required Skills and Experience:
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
· Good English knowledge and computer skills
· Flexible to work with shifts and during weekends.
Desirable: Technical (fixed services, mobile, apps) & Digital knowledge
