Description
Improve digital asset performance and overlook the digital transformation of the company& customers. Acquire customers through digital channels and increase digital channels penetration. Develop and deliver technical capabilities roadmap.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Deliver digital enablers in fulfillment of business needs and superior experience
• Manage business demand framework of owned channels
• Digital channel performance & optimizations (e.g. mob/web client DXL development)
• Digital operations and non-journey content development and campaigns
• Oversee and steer digital transformation progress and KPIs
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Ability to manage cross functional teams of designers, IT, business, testers
• Good understanding of app new trends and technologies (personalization, remarketing, content marketing, digital campaigns, etc.)
• Good knowledge of marketing activation platforms in web and mobile (SEM, SEO, social, newsletter, etc.)
• Experience with top CMS platforms like Oracle, Adobe, Sitecore
• Proven knowledge in understanding technical back-end web services
• Ability to identify and implement industry technical and commercial best practices
• Confidence with agile working methodology
